I have my own private practice based in Odiham, Hampshire, where I provide short-term and long-term counselling support to people of all ages and with different life experiences.
I can offer face-to-face sessions in comfortable and welcoming counselling rooms which are easily accessible and give a dedicated quiet space to receive the support you need. Or if you prefer, I can also offer online sessions. Some people find it easier to work this way as they can access support from the comfort of their own home, without the stress of trying to fit in our session around a busy schedule or arranging travel to and from my practice. If you are anxious about counselling or going to new places, online sessions offers a solution to this problem. I am very flexible and we can discuss your preferences when you make initial contact.
