A complimentary 30 minute counselling assessment
I offer an initial 30 minute free consultation which is an opportunity to answer questions or address any concerns you may have and explore your wants and needs from counselling. After this you can decide whether or not you would like to arrange any further sessions. However, there is no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel right for you. I offer flexibility regarding session times and currently have availability during weekdays between 9am-6pm.
